"This is from the little town in Asturias where my mum was born.
The blinds are from the abandoned family home (that was sold to someone
else who doesn't use it).
With this composition I just had a play with repeat patterns and human
routine."
I love this. There is something very poignant about the everyday ordinary things and the abandoned house. You can't help but think of all that happened in the house. And also about all the everyday things we do that can just stop and cease.
